Returns and Refunds

Any item that is unused (prosthetics that have been glued on with spirit gum or have had make-up applied to them are considered used) may be returned for a full refund, except for Made to Order Costumes. 

Also, we are unable to offer a refund on shipping costs on any order, as we have spent those funds in order to ship the package to you, and can't recover this cost. As a small business, we can't do this and remain in business. We hope that you understand.

Return Policy

  • Items must be unused. 
  • It must be within 15 days of receiving the package.
  • Buyer is responsible for shipping back to us.
  • We can not refund the customer for any shipping costs.

Reach out to us via our contact form or email - sales@aradani.com to get a Return Authorization.
 
Please make sure to mail the ears in a box, not an envelope. Latex has a memory, and if mailed in an envelope, the ears will get squished and remember that flattened shape, and we will not be able to issue a refund. First Class Mail back to us should run about $5. Once we receive the items back, we can issue a refund for the products' cost, but are not able to issue a refund on the original shipping charges, as those funds have already been spent mailing your order to you. As a small family owned business, we do hope you understand.
